Where beauty meets value.

Diamond grading can make it feel as though the highest specification must always be the best choice. We do not think that is the most useful way to buy jewellery.

At Worldwide Jewellers, we focus on what you can actually see, what suits the piece, and where your money makes the biggest difference. A higher clarity grade can cost considerably more without always creating an equally noticeable difference once the diamond is set and being worn.

Our approach to value

The aim is not simply to buy the highest grade. It is to choose a diamond that looks beautiful in the finished piece without paying for characteristics that may have little visible impact.

Clarity is one part of a diamond's grading. It describes the natural inclusions and characteristics within a stone. As clarity increases, those characteristics become harder to detect under magnification — but that does not automatically mean the diamond will look dramatically more beautiful to the naked eye.

The WJ selection

Celestial

SI clarity. Our value-led choice. These diamonds can contain visible or detectable inclusions depending on the individual stone, but carefully selected examples can offer excellent beauty and presence for the price.

Astral

VS clarity. Our balance point. Inclusions are typically difficult to see without magnification, making Astral a strong option for customers who want a cleaner clarity grade without moving straight to the highest-priced specification.

Nova

VVS clarity. Our highest clarity level. Inclusions are minute and extremely difficult to detect even under magnification. Nova is suited to customers who value the specification itself and are comfortable paying a premium for it.

Where should you spend your money?

That depends on the jewellery.

For many earrings and smaller diamonds, moving from one clarity level to another may make less visual difference than increasing the diamond size, choosing the setting you love, or simply selecting a beautifully proportioned stone.

For larger diamonds, clarity characteristics may become easier to notice, so paying more for a higher grade can make more sense. The right choice is therefore not always the same across every size and design.

Our recommendation

We want you to spend where it adds something meaningful to the finished piece. If a lower-priced diamond gives you the look you want, we will not encourage you to pay more purely for a higher grade on paper.

Where one of our diamond levels represents particularly strong value for a specific piece or size, we will highlight it as our WJ recommendation.

The best diamond is not necessarily the one with the highest grade. It is the one that gives you the beauty you want at a price that makes sense.
